This simulator executes product-critical decisions directly from your scope: inspection-before-quote, HBCF threshold gate, profitability filter, and repayment cap checks. It is designed as the base of a configurable multi-jurisdiction rules engine.
API-ready
A backend evaluator endpoint is included at /api/rules/evaluate so the same logic can be reused by intake, quoting, milestone approvals, and payout workflows.
